# This file is used by Oblivion to keep track of your downloaded content. Also, I have this text file in my Oblivion data folder called "DLCList", and this is what it includes Today I checked and it says I own the game on both versions I check out. However, yesterday, before the new layout, I checked both the GOTY and the GOTY Deluxe versions out on the steam store, and when on GOTY Deluxe, it notified me that I already owned the game, but with the regular GOTY, it did not. Okay Bomb Bloke, so I checked my Steam purchase history and it does say "Oblivion Game of the Year edition" only. It's different to the old stand-alone Oblivion release (that's no longer available for purchase) - the extras are packaged into it as one sale, they're not treated as separate items. Postat inițial de Bomb Bloke:There is no stand-alone purchasable DLC for Oblivion GOTY, so Steam won't show you any. Check Store Transactions there - get the name, date and price of the purchase, see what that says. If you lack the esps you reckon your should have, I suggest going to the Steam menu up the top left of your client, entering Settings, then on the Account tab go into View Account Details.
DLC DOESN'T SHOW UP IN STEAM LIBRARY AFTER BUYING OBLIVION GOTY PLUS
GOTY Deluxe gives you that plus a bunch more esp files such as the horse armor. Oblivion GOTY gives you Knights of the Nine + Shivering Isles. If, on the other hand, you're looking at the Data Files the Oblivion launcher shows you (as opposed to the DLC panel Steam's game properties show you) and don't see "DLCHorseArmor.esp" and so on, then yes you are missing things. Different publishers handle it differently, though. Skyrim will likely go the same way sooner or later. Games are often re-packaged like this when they've been on the store long enough to undergo some decent price drops. (Oddly enough, it looks like the "no separate DLC" thing goes for both the GOTY and GOTY Deluxe versions - if you want to get the additional DLC that the standard GOTY version lacks, you've gotta buy the whole GOTY Deluxe package.)

There is no stand-alone purchasable DLC for Oblivion GOTY, so Steam won't show you any. And yes, I have bought the GOTY deluxe version, I'm sure of this. Is that alright or? Please help I'm kinda worried like, why it's doing this. Also my plugins order are Oblivion, then Shivering Isles, and then Knights, and then my mods. I'm only around level 7 though so I'm not sure if these are level activated or what, but that's the only thing. I've had that since escaping the sewers, but nothing else so far. Basically the only DLC quest I've got so far is something like "There is a strange door in *wherever*, I should go to investigate. I really want to do the Mehrunes Razor DLC for the armor, but the only DLC it's told me about is either Knights of the Nine or Shivering Isles. Also I have installed and reinstalled this game a lot of times. I have the Shivering Isles and Knights plug-in but nothing else. When I go to my Steam library, and click view DLC, it says I have none. Okay so a looooooooooooong time ago I bought the Game Of The Year Deluxe version of this game, and I've never noticed I've had any DLC.
